Kart racing begins with 8 year olds in the Cadet class and ranges up to the incredibly fast Super Karts.
Packed grids as well as packed programmes inevitably mean a busy day for volunteer officials plus the opportunity to spot the F1 stars of tomorrow. The UK is the most successful nation in World Karting, boasting back to back World Champions and of course, the three British Formula 1 drivers (two of course being World Champions) all started out in UK Cadet Kart racing.
